Know Your Responsibilities as a Player

By accessing Monster Survivors, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Monster Survivors for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering, or exploitation of content is prohibited.

3. Player Conduct

You agree not to engage in cheating, harassment, data mining, or any behavior that disrupts or degrades the experience for other players. Violations may result in content removal, feature suspension, or account action if accounts are introduced in the future.

• No exploitation of bugs or unintended functionality
• No distribution of malware or harmful code
• No hateful, abusive, or infringing content in community channels

4. Virtual Items & Economy

Virtual items, currencies, or unlocks have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Purchases, if offered, are final except where required by law.

5. Content Ownership

Monster Survivors, its artwork, code, and audiovisual elements are owned by Monster Survivors Team or its licensors. You retain ownership of user-generated content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the game and related services.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Monster Survivors is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Monster Survivors at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if maintaining the service becomes commercially impracticable.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material updates will be communicated via in-game notices or email when available.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by local law.
